I went to Sarajevo to understand more of Balkan's history and went with Edin on this tour my first day in Bosnia. It was amazing (and I'm quite picky when it comes to guided tours)! I was the only one on the tour (because it was out of season) and got an excellent introduction to Sarajevo. Edin was very knowledgable, interested and gave a personal touch to everything he told me about, since he also told about his family's life during the siege.
I can highly recommend you to let this tour be a part of your trip to Sarajevo.

We had extremely positive experience with the agency as well as the guide - we booked the tour a day before, the lady in the tourist office was very helpful by providing all information we needed and promptly arranged the tour for 7 of us. On the day of the tour (29 Oct) Edin with the mini van was waiting for us on time, took us to all the places included in the tour - guiding was extremely well structured with detailed explanation of related historical background info /facts, he was very well prepared and helpful to answer all the questions, and he even paid attention to all 'small' details (bought us water, warned us on traffic/slippery stairs). I would highly recommend the agency and Edin if you plan any visit to Sarajevo as it gives you a much better insight via a guided tour of that era than if you just wandering around the city by yourself.
I am so glad my friends and I did this tour! After traveling in the Balkans for a little bit it was so interesting to learn some very recent and sad history about Bosnia from firsthand experience.
Edin was an exceptional tour guide who took us to many spots all over Sarajevo and shared so much information that I hope to remember it all! His personal stories made the situation very real and I am glad his family made it out safely so that he can continue to spread this information! The four hour tour flew by and I feel like it could even go on for more. Cannot recommend enough!
