A fantastic first impression of Sarajevo. Asim connected with me a day or so ahead of the trip to confirm. I really appreciated this because the Viator confirmation does not display the flight details submitted at booking. My driver was a lovely gentleman who met me immediately after I walked out of Customs and promptly helped me wirh my bags. He graciously pointed out landmarks on our drive into the city. Also to top things off, he didn't just dump me at the address. He walked out with me to ensure the apartment drop-off was correct then helped bring my bags over. Top service and one others should emulate
Die Tour war traumhaft und hat die Erwartungen meiner Eltern übertroffen. Ibrahim hat sich toll um meine Eltern gekümmert und auch Rücksicht auf das Alter, Papi ist 80, genommen. Viel gesehen und Geschichte von Bosnien und Herzegowina gezeigt bekommen. Wir sind begeistert. Der Anbieter ist vom Herzen zu empfehlen, auch für Rentner 😉.

The views were amazing, the guide was great in explainings so we could understand the history, the events, the culture of the country. She even shared her personal story about war time. Sarajevo and the way from Split to the city was amazing. Fabulous nature and Info Bosnia guide was great, helpful, friendly and nice talking...we will come back to see more about Bosnia 😊
