We booked the Grand Walking Tour ahead of a 2 day stop in Sarajevo with the aim of seeing as much of the city as possible. Our tour took place on the day of Eid and amidst the festivities we were treated to a private tour. We received a bottle of water each and a gift of Turkish delight to celebrate the festival! It was also raining and the tour operator kindly lent us an umbrella for our trip. We think our guide was Mirna..! A very knowledgeable lady who spoke English very well so we enjoyed many stories in great detail and she answered all of our additional questions. The tour was very comprehensive and covered many years of interesting history and events. We would highly recommend this tour operator and we intend to take an additional tour of the bob sleigh and the tunnel of hope whilst we are here. Thank you for such an enjoyable and interesting walk around the city of Sarajevo.

I did this tour on saturday. Now it is Monday - I am back home working, and I really cant stop talking about this excellent and informative tour!
Ruba, my beautiful tour guide showed and explained to me all the important places and she also brought the spirit, mentality and hospitality of the sarajlije closer to me.
You will really feel the love she has for her home city, and profit of her wide knowledge. I had such a great afternoon, the time went by so quick.

I am a big fan of walking tours, especially free ones that you just tip the guide. Unfortunately, I was staying only one day in Sarajevo so I missed free walking tour in the morning, and I had to leave Sarajevo in the afternoon. I came to the tourist office to book a tour, but I was the only one as it was really cold. I was lucky that Asim was working in the office (later on my guide), as he made an exception when I explained that I was about to leave Sarajevo, so he gave me a private tour. He showed me all the interesting spots and his stories were excellent. Because it was so cold we made a coffee break so I can get warm and after continued the tour. He was so understanding and polite that I was amazed. At the end of the tour he showed me his favourite restaurant. I recommend this company with all my heart and especially Asim!
As I travelled to Bosnia and Herzegovina all by myself I decided to book a day trip outside of Sarajevo. This tour will literally take your breath away with how stunning the scenery is in Travnik and beyond. It's so history rich and our guide Adnan was knowledgeable. He was an amazing tour guide and I loved hearing his own life stories which were so rich. All in all terrific trip which I would recommend to all.

This tour is highly recommended. The scenery is serene. It decided to SNOW today in spring nonetheless we had an amazing time and spectacular views of the mountains from the fortresses. Fariz was an amazing guide and the driver was excellent in driving. They both are friendly and assured that we are comfortable. Fariz is knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to us. Me and my husband enjoyed the tour a lot.
