Meeting the team of InfoBosnia truly made my stay here. I have learned about this tour from Emina, later I talked to Asim as well - every time I got all the information and help possible. You guys are simply amazing!
Mirza, our tour guide did an excellent job. He drove us to all the important spots of Sarajevo (the Tunnel, Trebevic mountain, etc.) and was telling us all the essential historic events in detail. Excellent English, good vibes, very knowledgeable, patient and smart answers to all our questions, kind and helpful, all in all, Mirza is super professional. I truly felt after the tour that my travel to Bosnia was meaningful.
The tour itself is heart wrenching (because of the history of Sarajevo) but I would highly recommend it to everyone keen on getting a great insight of the country.
We were very interesred in history of BiH that's why booked a tour with a local guide (which normally never did in other countries). We sent request to Info Bousnia Tour at 8.50 and they were able to organize everything for us for 9.30! It was so fast and we were very pleasantly surprised how flexible they are!
Our impressions from the tour were higher then any expectations! We visited the most important spots around Sarajevo, got lot of interesting information about country, it's war, Bosnia's history and current life.
Many thanks to our guide Bakir, he helped us to understand this amazing country better, was very knowledgeable and answered to all our questions!
Highly recomened "Times of misfortunes" tour!
We booked this tour since we are interested in their war and historical past. The tour company offered the very good rate which includes a Turkish sweet, free entrance to the tunnel of hope place which is the must see in the city and transportation by a car.
Bakir, the tour guide, was every friendly and well oriented details. He has so far been the best tour guide we have experienced.

Today we had Mak do our Times of Misfortune tour. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy the morning. Mak delivered lots of information in a relaxed manner.We were given as much time as we liked at each stop to ask questions and take photos. Mak also gave us additional information on Sarajevo

I was walking past Info Bosnia Tours and just stopped to look at the posters, when Emina appoached me. I didn't plan to step in, but I couldn't hestitate after few minutes of talking to Emina. I have spent in the office over an hour feeling just as welcome, as if I entered her home. She has not only told me about the tours, but also about Sarajevo, her recommendations and some of her experiences. It took her only few minutes to make me wanna go to any trip with them!
So I did.
The next day I went on the trip with Bakir, who was not only super professional, but also had amazing English and driving skills. We went to all the important attractions feeling like VIP's ;) Bakir has answered all of my (sometimes uneqpected) questions about Bosnia and also shared an amazing amount of historical information during the trip. The tour and meeting those two has made my trip to Sarajevo very, very special. Emina Koso, Bakir Becirbegovic- thank you very much and thank you for making me and my friend feel so special during the trip. Be sure I will come back to see you again.
If you ever come to Sarajevo, make sure to step into the office, hear all the stories and book a trip you will remember! The only thing you may regret is that you didn't have more time to stay in Sarajevo...
