Our tour guide Edin is super knowledgeable and generous to share his perspective about the history of former Yugoslavia and siege of Sarajevo. He makes them very comprehensive and vivid to the audience, while stays neutral and real about what the tragedy has left to this city and this country. We feel that his heart beats for this city. I told Edin after the Under Siege War Tour that it was the best tour I had ever been on. He thought I was joking, but I was completely serious. His description of the very complex history of Sarajevo is spot on perfect. I learned so much. He fills every minute of the tour with very interesting information and can answer any question you have. Would recommend as a must do tour for anybody visiting this region. Thank you so much Edin.
One of the best tour guides I’ve ever had! His English is excellent and he has a booming voice. Edin provided non stop discussion from the time the tour started until it finished. This is a complex subject and he makes it understandable. His personal experience through his father adds the little things that add color to the tour. Towards the end of the tour, we discovered his love of Elvis and some of the other old time rock and rollers. I believe he said he even does some imitation of the King annually in a cover band.
The Under Siege tour far exceeded expectations and we highly recommend it! Eddin is an exceptional tour guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate and was able to teach us about a very difficult and complex topic. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We were so happy with our experience we even signed up for another tour!

A must do if you visit Sarajevo. Best tour I have ever been on. This tour was an amazing experience. The guide, Eddie, was very knowledgeable, and super nice. He answered all of my questions. Unlike the other tours that I have been to in Europe, the entirety of this tour was jam packed with information regarding the Bosnia war with Serbia. The guide transported you to different areas of Sarajevo so you could experience key points in the history. It was very moving. In addition to really opening my eyes as to the full scale atrocities suffered by the Bosnian people and the heroism of the population of Sarajevo during the seige, this tour was also a great way to see the city. You even get to visit the old Olympic bobsled track with amazing views of Sarajevo (this is one area where the Serb army was encamped and had strategic positions) In addition to Eddie, the other gentleman in the office was also super nice. I highly recommend and have not one complaint.
