Die Tour klang für uns anfangs einwenig schwermütig aufgrund des Titels, aber wir wurden eines Besseren belehrt. Edin unser Tourguide holte uns pünktlich im Hotel ab. Da mein Freund nur Deutsch/Englisch und meine Mutter nur Bosnisch spricht, swichte Edin immer wieder die Sprachen und erklärte sehr zuvorkommend. Die Tour war für uns alle sehr informativ, da wir so besser Bosnien sowie Sarajevo kennen lernen durften. Es ist schrecklich was in den Neunziger Jahre Mitten in Europa vorging, umso erstaunlicher ist es, was aus der Stadt geworden ist. Sarajevo sowie die Tour sind absolut empfehlenswert!
Our guide, Edin, was born during the War. He told us personal stories of what his family had to do to survive. He drove us to important spots in and around the city that helped to explain the conflict. It was an unbelievably emotional experience. I feel such respect for these people and what they went through in those four years. I feel after visiting Sarajevo I will never be the same.

Amazing guide and really interesting tour. Some places we visited would be hard to reach by myself, and I wouldn't learn so much by myself anyway. Also beautiful nature and view on the city from Yellow Bastion. If you are interested in history of Sarajevo, I really recommend this tour.
