We took the free walking tour as we like when we arrive in country main city to know a bit better of its history and good tips.
Our guide was Sabina (we hope that we are not making mistake about her name). She was an amazing guide!!! She gave us a lot of information about Sarajevo/Bosnia. She was speaking a really good English and really easygoing. We also appreciate the fact that she seemed to not stick to her speech but also gave us her opinion about the situation of the country. That makes a really personnal and perfect tour. For us, it looks like she likes her job but she also like her country and the people who leave in. We highly recommend!!

We had booked both "grand walking tour" and "the times of misfortune" with the agency. Really helpful and young staff.
They were very polite and helpful all the way. As a family, we had a great reception from both the guide and the agent.
The tours were both very informative and to the point if you have limited time in Sarajevo.
It has been great to be guided by a local. Our guide Vedad was second to none! He almost knew everyone in Sarajevo, very educated, such a great gentleman. I would especially recommend him if you are a family. He has been very communicative with our son and he was very helpful in every way.

La guía, Sabina, encantadora. Lo mejor fue hablar con ella. Y eso que todo lo que nos enseñó era impresionante e imprescindible. Nos encantó cómo hilaba historia y los diferentes modos de vida con los edificios y lugares más representativos de Sarajevo. Lástima no haber estado más días en la ciudad para aprovechar otros tours!
