We hebben de Moster tour gedaan met Asim, onze geweldige gids! Hij heeft ons het leven in
Bosnië leren kennen! Cultureel en culinair. Top, niets was teveel gevraagd! We raden het
iedereen aan!!! Tulumba of highway😉? (inside joke)...

My travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina couldn’t have been any better thanks to Info Bonsia and Asim particularly; I couldn’t properly plan for my travel in my homeland as my schedule was too busy so I decided to book a tour online and I was lucky enough to find Info Bosnia. Since it was my first time booking like these tours I decided to take only a short and quick one as a trial; at the end of that short tour in Sarajevo I asked Asim whether I could book another one for the next day because I was really satisfied with their proficiency and the friendly atmosphere; Well, I ended up booking four tours with them and went back home very happy. I have a lot of great things to tell but I will say in brief; what I got from Info Bosnian was really beyond my expectations and surely what I received was in value more than what I paid.
I honestly cannot express how lucky we were to have a guide like Asim. I will try to picture our day to every one of you reading this comment. I booked Mostar tour via e-mail due to positive comments on TripAdvisor. They replied shortly and we agreed to be picked up at the address. Asim was sharp on time! He introduced himself, and gave us a small bag containing bottle of water and small traditional sweets so we can start our journey with a smile (that is what he said). He was very polite and talkative. We made first stop in Konjic where I saw the bridge that divides Herzegovina from Bosnia. He that took us to local place where they sell pie. He explained that this is a MUST place for Bosnian people going towards sea. I had “Zelanica” – (pie made out of spinach and cheese) and it was AMAZING. All this in first 2 hours. Our next place was Pocitelj- old fortified city. We hiked all the way up the fortress to burn our late breakfast and enjoy the view at Neretva valley. After Pocitelj we headed towards Blagaj- place of Dervish house and beautiful river Buna. After visiting Blagaj, Asim said that he has surprise for us, and asked me if we liked fish. I replied positive, so we went to gorgeous small restaurant right next to the bank of river Buna. We had local fish and it was delicious! Fully fed we arrived in Mostar and I understood why he left it as last destination! Mostar is stunning! He even “pulled some strings” with his friend working at the Muslim mosque to give us “student” discount on the ticket so we can see the bridge from minaret. Close to Sarajevo he stopped at one place and bought Tulumba? – sugary sweet and gave it to us, and said that we can end our journey with a smile (he obviously like sweets). Thank you Asim once again! I will remember our time spent together! If you come to Germany I will be your personal guide! P.S. ASK FOR ASIM!
