This tour was excellent! My guide is passionate about the history of Sarajevo. It's apparent that he loves what he makes, your explanations are very clear. He's very friendly. I did more tours with other company, and I recommend InfoBosnia Tour, I haven't any doubt!

The times of misfortune tour included the tunnel and Olympic tour. The guide was excellent and shared her own recollection of the dark period of the 1990’s The normally 2 pm pickup from the hotel only finished past 5 pm but no time wasting. And enjoyed every minute of it. It was encouraging to see young people involved to such an extent with true enthusiasm.

I was in Sarajevo for a long week and tried to book onto the Saturday Times of Misfortune Tour. There was a bug with the Viator website which kept changing the booking to Sunday, but I gambled it would work out and I could get on the Saturday tour. I rocked up Saturday morning and couldn't find anyone so called the number and it turned out there was no tour planned for Saturday. However, when I explained I couldn't do Sunday, Asim who had the day off (and was Ill) climbed out of bed to take me on a private tour. He was very informative and I learnt a lot about life in Sarajevo during the war. I'd definitely recommend the tour and advocate supporting this small operator who care about their customers.
