The tour guide was very knowledgeable about history and even shared some personal war stories. Very happy with the tour.

Incredibly informative and truly enlightening. Given the time of year it was only myself and the guide Adnan(sic). He had fought during the sarajevo seige and had some very person centred information about the precursors of, what happened during, and repercussions after the war. I cannot recommend this tour more highly!

Amazing Tour! The guide was sooo interesting to speak to, he could explain us anything about the siege and the war and we really had a feeling of learning a lot.

Whether you are knowledgeable about the Bosnia War or unaware, but interested, this trip should be compulsory on any visit to Sarajevo. Adnan, a former teen soldier, provides a thought-provoking view of life during that time, at all times without malice. Recounting going to the 1984 Winter Olympics as a spectator at the bobsled track, only to be taking cover in the concrete tube while defending the city seven years later sums up the experience. Highly recommended.
