My tour guide Mak did an excellent job in giving me the best possible overview and detailed facts and to grant me an unforgettable tour! You really need to do this tour! It will take you to all the important places and to some breathtaking viewpoints with historical importance! You will really understand what Sarajevo went through! Mak, my guide, answered all my questions. His enormous knowledge and pleasant presence suited me very well! Don’t miss it! I recommend the "Sarajevo Grand Walking Tour" from this agency as well! it compliments each other and you will love and understand sarajevo more than before. I will absolutely book more tours from this tourist center when I come back to sarajevo!!

My husband and I visited Sarajevo in the summer of 2017. We were getting ready to hike the Via Dinarica and had prepared months in advance for this amazing trip. When we arrived in Sarajevo, we unfortunately discovered that we may have goofed up and not applied for a permit for crossing into Montenegro via the trail. Luckily, we met Asim! Asim bent over backwards to help us. He contacted the national park, the consulate and even helped us prepare a plan b. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile if we asked about logistics he was unsure of. He genuinely cared about our travels in Bosnia and Herzegovina and he even followed up with us during our hike. The tour itself was incredibly heart wrenching (because of the history) but full of information that led to meaningful conversations about history and humankind. We would highly recommend contacting Asim when you're in Sarajevo for a tour of Sarajevo's seige during the war. Additionally, if you need help or want to just pop by to see a friendly face, contact Asim!

Our guide Asim was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and his English was excellent. What we learned on the tour really helped us better understand this extremely difficult period.

We spent a few days in Sarajevo, and I can definitely say that it would not have been the same without this experience. We were a small group of 3 people, which is very good, and our guide, Mirza, drove us with his car to the main sites around Sarajevo that were relevant during those years. He was extremely passionate and knowledgeable in telling us what happened, and always available to accommodate any request we may have or to respond to any question. I really recommend not to leave Sarajevo without doing this tour! It just would be like missing a part of it. Renato

Asim did a fantastic job as tour guide. I had a group of students and he picked us up right on time from our hotel. He had a bottle of water and some Turkish Delight candies for everyone, which is a very nice touch that the kids appreciated. Our drive through the city with a narration of the history of Sarajevo and driving down Snipers Alley was very informative. Our tour around and through The Tunnel of Hope was a real history of the siege and gave us a great feel of the peoples sufferings. Then up the mountain to see the fortification areas and a cool walk down the Olympic Bobsled Track. A great view of the Olympic Stadium and how it was used during the war was an eye opener. A visit to the 2nd biggest Jewish Cemetery in Europe was surreal, seeing bullet holes in the gravestones further added to the experience of understanding the peoples struggles during the war siege. All in all I could not ask for anymore from a tour: very friendly, knowledgeable, on time with a great newer tour van. I highly recommend Infobosina Tours and great job Asim!!
