We had a wonderful day trip to Jajce, Travnic and Pliva lake leaving from Sarajevo. We had a great day and the guide, Adis, was very nice, helpful and knowledgable.
I definitely recommend this tour.
Do keep in mind though: it involves 5-6 hours of driving because of the lack of a highway for the biggest part of the journey. The biggest part of the day is spent in the car. However, I still recommend it because what you get to see/visit is beautiful and special.
