Two of us came to Sarajevo, without any research about the city, so we looked for the tourist information center, and Info Bosnia was the only one open. Young man inside was very helpful! I think we talked for half an hour, he marked all the places on the map (his recommendations were fantastic), so we decided to take Times of misfortune tour with them. We saw Tunnel of hope, Trebevic mountain, Bob sleigh track and many other sites. After the tour our guide Asim took us to great tea place, and spend one more hour with us. Very professional company that is run by great young people!

Our young guide was outstanding. Without his inside knowledge of what was experienced during the siege we would be so much poorer in our visit to Sarajevo. This is tour is about appreciating how ordinary people suffer because of the cruelty of a few.

My job takes me quite often to Sarajevo, but I really did not have a chance to explore it. As I was with my girlfriend, which is history fanatic by the way, and we decide to take few tours. We did not have a lot of time, but Asim managed to join two tours in one day just for us. We visited Tito’s Bunker which was amazing (we did not even know it existed), and had walking tour afterwards. I must say that this is one of the best companies that I have worked with! We were given bottle of water and rahatlokum-traditional candy to make our journey sweet. Guide was very friendly and smiling all the time. When I come back to Sarajevo (and I will be back for sure) I will pay a visit to this company! P.S. I have already recommended you guys to my friends!

Me and my better half celebrated New Year in Sarajevo. Both of us are from Serbia, and we decided to take Times of Misfortune Tour, to understand The War, as we wanted to know more what was happening in Bosnia, not just what we heard on television. We were with two other people, which means we basically had a private tour. Our tour guide was Bakir, was very polite and willing to answer all of our questions. Even though topic was very delicate, as Serbs were involved in the war, I never felt unconfutable. At the beginning of the tour Bakir said that he will provide the facts, and that every one of his statements can be checked, and that is what I actually liked about the tour. Regardless of the war topic, we got to see a lot of different sites like mountain Trebevic, Jewish cemetery, White and Yellow Bastions. 5 stars!
