It was very informative and asim was a great guide He answered all the questions we had and was very helpful and knowledgeable 4 hours of the tour covers most of what you need to see and it’s easier as it’s done by car

I came away from this tour with Mak with an intimate understanding and appreciation for what this fascinating and beautiful country has gone through. Mak was very informative and patient with our questions. Ask for Mak!

I don’t even know where to start. Asim & Kenan have found their calling in this. I have been traveling for two months, have taken countless tours, and have never met two people so passionate and willing to share the history of their country. Do you know a lot about the war here? A little? Nothing at all? Well, this is the tour for you. I have read so much about the conflict, the siege, and the genocide, but I still couldn’t wrap my head around it. How? Why? How??? Asim explained it all so clearly, answered our questions with ease, and used the resources at the War Tunnel Museum to paint the picture of life here in the early ‘90s. It was heart-wrenching and terrifying, but for the first time, there was CLARITY about what happened. This tour included a trip to the 2nd largest Jewish Cemetery in Europe, a walk along the abandoned Bobsled track from the ‘84 Winter Olympics, and two stops at beautiful views— one atop the Trebevic Mountain, and one from the Yellow Fortress. I left the tour having learned so much, but also having had so much fun. If you don’t do anything else while you’re in Sarajevo, you MUST take this tour. Trust me.
