Enes was a fantastic guide. He made jokes and explained lots of history. He recommended an excellent lunch spot which we all had at the end of the tour and was a great price. I was disappointed that this tour does not include Bob sled track at the top of the mountain but Enes explained that tour companies are unable to take guests there any more and guests must take a cable car themselves to see it. I loved the war tunnel with Enes and he takes you to an abandoned hotel above the city. Again, I highly recommend the tour - especially with Enes!

10/10 would recommend this tour. It's a heavy one, very intense, but my tour guide was very knowledgeable and very open to explain anything and everything. He even told personal stories, which made the tour even more intense, but in a good way. It's horrendous how Bosnia suffered, and how Sarajevo was destroyed, and I definitely felt a sorrow energy, but it's good that the locals are thriving and seeing a brighter future. I hope for Bosnians and that humanity (politicians coff coff) learns for once and for all, to not repeat the same mistakes over and over again. Thank you for such a good experience

Enes is an awesome guide. His memory and ability to share information is impressive. He really explained a very complicated situation and helped us understand the dynamics of the war. He used humor and made a tragic situation light enough to keep me from full on crying. Tears definitely were in my eyes when he shared some stories about the children and about Romeo and Juliet of Sarajevo. We saw the tunnel, the area above the city and the Jewish Cemetery. Well worth the time and money! Not to mention - Amis was flexible with us when we made a mistake in our booking. Enes would be a lifelong friend and someone we hope to see again. He represents the company and the country very well. Highly recommend this tour!
