Thank you so much to our tour guide Vedo. He was so keen and enthusiastic to make us understanding the very special situation of Sarajevo at this times. Personal anecdotes and lots of patience with all our questions made the tour unforgettable! Best wishes for his future. From Martin , Bettina , Lucie and Oscar and Ivy 🐶

Thank you Asim for a very fascinating and educational tour on the war in Sarajevo (which included a trip to the Tunnel of Hope Museum) As sad as the topic is, it is certainly a must for anybody wanting to get a better understanding of what life was like in Sarajevo between 1992-1995. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with InfoBosnia and specifically the Times of Misfortune tour with Mak the tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and the tour was very comprehensive of the major war-related sights in and around Sarajevo. We saw the Tunnel of Hope as well as several sights on Trebevic mountain, the Jewish cemetery and the Yellow and White fortresses. Mak had interesting commentary for us the whole way and was able to answer any questions we had. We signed up for the tour with Asim at the InfoBosnia office and the tour picks up right from there. Asim was very friendly and helped us with several other tourism questions in addition to booking the tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sarajevo.
Along with my history buff friend and 17 year old nephew, we completed this informative, well paced and detailed tour with Mak as the guide and his trainee accomplice. Really pleased with the level of professionalism, brilliant English level meant that questions could be asked to gain a deeper understanding of Bosnia's history. Worth every penny.
If I had another day I would've done yje free walking tour to know the city more.

I can't praise Asim and his team highly enough for looking after our hiking group during our five day stay in Sarajevo and Bjelasnica. Nothing was too much trouble - especially when one of our group was unable to hike. She ended up on a fantastic tour of her own. Either side of three great hiking days with the incredible Elina Koso (Lukomir tour) and mountain guide Admir Ibricic we did a walking tour of Sarajevo and the Times of Misfortune Tour. I can recommend all of them and would go back to do more. Elina's siege stories are still with me and have made me realise how lucky I am not to have experienced war. I also recommend the Hotel Logavina 8 and the Tesla Bar (apart from the indoor smoking).
