It’s my first time in Sarajevo and my friend and I wandered into this tourist office. Hafiza, the manager of the office, was very helpful and went out of her way to choose the tour that best suited my interest. My friend and I joined this tour because I wanted to learn more about the history of the early 90s here in Bosnia. I was too young to know what really happened. The tour guide for the trip, Ibrahim, is the BEST tour guide I have met on any tour that I have been on, is very passionate and knowledgeable about the subject. He is young, vibrant, and very patient with all the questions that we had. He never rushed us at all locations and gave us time to take all the photos we wanted. I am very grateful that I went on this trip. Highly recommended Ibrahim to be the guide, especially when you are interested in history.
I was on this tour with Adman, a very good guide who explain things very well, very emotional experience, he was nice to replay all our question. I suggest becausee, even if u read a lot of things, this guided tour is really an added value, especially because Bosnia is a complicated country.

Our guide Selma was amazing! She is extremely good informed and knew answer on all our questions.
