We took the 'Times of Misfortune" tour and it was a highlight of our visit to Sarajevo. Mak was a brilliant tour guide, very helpful and highly knowledgeable in different areas both historical and social. He gave us a lot of interesting information about Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is obviously very passionate about his city and country, and this came across in the tour. Thank you Mak!

The tour with Mak was really good. He provided a lot of info, gave us some extra recommendations and even made an additional stop for us. I shared the tour with just 4 other people. Note: entrance fee to tunnel of hope is not included (5 Eur).

We took this tour with Mak, a young guide who has deep knowledge of Sarajevo's history and the country past and present political situation. We spent 4 hours together (we were three visitors + the guide and the driver) and it was a very interesting and pleasant afternoon. Useful to get a better understanding of Bosnia's complex recent past. We highly recomment this tour and wish good luck to Mak for his future.

Me and my boyfriend booked a guided tour to see some of the most important places under the siege of Sarajevo. Our guide Mak, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He shared his knowledge and also on personal experiences, when we asked. We can really recommend this guided tour!
